1. Booking and Reservation

   • All reservations must be confirmed via email or phone.
   • A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
   • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment Policy

   • Full payment or an advance deposit is required to confirm your booking.
   • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.
   • Prices are subject to applicable taxes as per local regulations.

3. Cancellation and Refund

   • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a one-night charge.
   • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Guest Responsibility

   • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage.
   • Damages to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged accordingly.
   • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

5. Children and Extra Beds

   • Children under 12 years can stay free of charge when using existing beds.
   • Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Pets Policy

   • Pets are not allowed on the property.
